We will accept exchanges up to 10 days after receipt of shipment for errors, omissions, manufacturing defect, or size. HB does not accept returns and under no circumstances can items be exchanged for another style and/or fabric. If a fabric has been discontinued you may choose another fabric for your re-make, however refunds will not be given because a fabric has been discontinued. Absolutely no exchanges will be made on personalized items. Previously worn or washed items are not returnable and no exchanges will be accepted after 10 days of receipt. If you are returning an item, please indicate the item and reason for your exchange on the back of this card and return to HB warehouse. Hollywood Baby will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit; therefore, we recommend that you send your items using a tracking system. (i.e., UPS, FEDEX) Please include $10.00 plus applicable tax in Alabama for shipping and handling for your return. Please call (205) 290.0290 with all questions.

Online Returns/Exchanges:

If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return non-personalized merchandise up to 10 days from date of receipt for a full refund or HB credit (less shipping costs). No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued on personalized items (i.e., monogram or initial). To make a return or exchange for your online purchase, please complete and return the duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise. Please call (205) 290-0290 with any questions.
